By accessing and using Lite Whois (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is an experiment operated by Lite Lake.

2. Nature of the Service

Lite Whois queries public WHOIS and RDAP records and displays registration data for domain names. The data shown comes from registry and registrar sources and is provided "as is" — we do not verify, correct or guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including privacy and data-protection laws;
• automate abusive query volumes or attempt to circumvent the Service's rate limits;
• resell or republish the Service as your own product.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, brand assets and original text are the property of Lite Lake. WHOIS/RDAP record data belongs to its respective registries and registrars.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lite Lake shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or the data it displays.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
