Lite Whois is an account-free domain lookup service. This policy explains what data the Service processes when you look up a domain.

2. What a WHOIS Query Involves

When you submit a domain name, the Service forwards the query to public WHOIS/RDAP servers. Your query (the domain name, not your identity) may be visible to those upstream servers as part of the protocol.

3. Data We Process

• Queried domain names: processed to return results and to operate rate limiting and caching. Query history is kept in aggregate form (for example "recently queried domains") and is not linked to user accounts — the Service has none.
• Standard technical logs: IP address, user agent and request time may be logged for security and abuse prevention, following standard server practice.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

• No account or registration — we never ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number.
• No payment data — the Service is free.
• No advertising cookies for cross-site profiling.

5. Analytics

The Service uses privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to count page views and improve the product. Analytics data is not linked to the domains you query.

6. Data Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS. Logs are kept only for as long as needed for security purposes.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.
